About the Company

Our partner is a leading technology consultancy delivering successful and innovative business change to its clients. They are an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a certified IFS Reseller, specializing in systems integration.

Role: IFS Support Consultant

You will provide assistance and support to IFS users within the contracted service level agreements. Your responsibilities include resolving client issues, guiding system usage, and ensuring a seamless experience with our IFS solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide timely and effective support to clients using IFS solutions, addressing issues during pre/post-implementation, upgrades, or business as usual.
  2. Monitor and respond to issues on the Service Desk, managing faults through to resolution.
  3. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and advise on best practices for using the IFS system.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues collaboratively with technical and functional teams.
  5. Document and track client inquiries and support activities comprehensively.
Candidate Requirements
  1. Technical proficiency in IFS systems, including functionalities, modules, and configuration.
  2. Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
  3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  4. Previous experience supporting IFS systems.
  5. Experience in client interaction and providing tailored support solutions.
