Operational Support Manager, Breast Surgery & Ophthalmology
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Surgery to provide operational and senior administrative support to services within a clinical group. The role will support the operational delivery of a high-quality, efficient, and patient-centred service in line with national and local Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The post holder will provide operational support to the service leadership team to ensure the smooth running of the service. This includes managing administration teams and functions, overseeing waiting list management, and scheduling patients to meet KPIs and NHS standards within available resources, ensuring effective patient care in a timely manner.
The role involves line management, handling complex or sensitive information across various teams, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enable delivery of patient care.
