Who You'll Be Working For:

**This is an operational role, and you will be expected to spend 90% of your time in service and 10% in the office, servicing 3 sites.

The Role of Operations Support:

  1. Work closely with site teams, supporting General Managers and Head Chefs to drive service and operational standards.
  2. Conduct regular site visits, in-service coaching, quality audits, and compliance checks.
    Champion food and beverage quality, atmosphere, cleanliness, and guest service across all stores.
  3. Manage mystery guest programmes, monitor customer feedback, and deliver training to improve performance.
  4. Support statutory compliance in Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and Licensing.
    Be a visible, hands-on leader, supporting teams during peak services and leading by example.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. Experience in multisite management, quality control, or senior operational support within premium hospitality.
  2. Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
  3. A detail-oriented, calm, and proactive approach.
  4. Solid knowledge of Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Employment standards.
  5. A passion for quality food, drink, and exceptional service.
  6. Good IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; EPOS experience a plus).
