  • Culture of Protection: Champion dnata's Safety Culture and STOP initiative throughout operations, engaging directly with staff to build safety awareness through coaching, advising, and creating open dialogue about safety matters.
  • Team Development: Provide specialised safety coaching and coordinate advisory support for frontline teams, empowering them to make safety-conscious decisions independently.
  • Incident Response: Complete comprehensive safety reports following established protocols and support management with thorough incident investigations to prevent recurrence.
  • Preventative Auditing: Conduct proactive safety audits against established benchmarks, identifying emerging trends and areas for risk reduction.
  • Strategic Analysis: Utilize advanced analysis techniques to identify patterns in operational risks and detect emerging safety threats before they manifest.
  • Risk Assessment: Collaborate with the safety department to review and enhance risk assessments, identifying location-specific variations that require customised safety approaches.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain clear, concise, and effective communication channels about safety priorities across all organizational levels.
  • Strategic Support: Undertake additional safety-related duties as assigned by management to strengthen our overall security posture.
  • Values Ambassador: Consistently embody and promote dnata's Vision, Mission, and Values, particularly our commitment to safety excellence.
