NatWest Group in London is seeking an Operational Risk Manager within Commercial & Institutional Business Risk. You will act as the subject matter expert for several operational risks and provide specialist risk management support across RCSAs, issue management and governance activities.

You will identify emerging risks, analyze trends and drive continuous improvement by collaborating with Business Risk Partners and stakeholders across the franchise, helping strengthen the control environment.

Formación

• Experience in Operational Risk within Commercial Banking.
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide risk frameworks and EWRMF.
• Experience across Product, Transformation, Operations or Payments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SME risk management across RCSAs, issue management and governance.
• Strengthen control environments and risk management across the franchise.
• Identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement with partners.
• Coordinate monthly Operational Risk Appetite reporting and trend analysis.
• Maintain Risk Appetite Statements and implement EWRMF changes.
• Support environmental and business change activities across C&I Banking.
• Support projects, attestations, working groups and governance initiatives.
