KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager for their London team. The role focuses on leading resilience initiatives, coordinating exercises and reports, and supporting governance within a financial services context.

The successful candidate will join a busy London team with hybrid working arrangements and a senior leadership focus.

Qualifications

• You will have proven operational resiliency and project management experience ideally gained through the banking and/or financial services sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions.
• Support the design of stress-testing scenarios.
• Support governance through minute taking and actions plans.
• Draft finding reports and deliver responses and enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework.
• Maintain internal calendars, co-ordinate events, maintain the internal risk register and support wider policy initiatives.

OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER - A leading financial service firm requires an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager to join their busy London team. Working with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will be a key London team leader.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN OPERATIONAL RESILIENCY MANAGER
