Fidelity International in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operational Resilience Senior Manager to lead governance, oversight and enhancement of the firm’s Operational Resilience Framework. The role focuses on preventing, adapting to, recovering from disruptions and ensuring Critical and Important Business Services remain within approved tolerances.

Qualificações

Must have hands-on experience implementing Operational Resilience programmes in regulated financial services.
Strong understanding of FCA Operational Resilience and DORA requirements.
Proven ability to identify, evaluate and prioritise risks and apply risk management techniques.

Responsabilidades

Maintain and enhance the Operational Resilience Framework and related guidance.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Oversee IBS/CIFs, impact tolerances, testing and remediation activities.
Provide quarterly resilience assurance reporting to Legal Entity Representatives.
Govern the annual scenario testing programme and testing methodology.
Collaborate with Risk to resolve vulnerabilities, incidents and risk issues.
