Job summary

iFAST Global Bank Ltd is seeking a skilled Operational Resilience specialist to strengthen the bank's ability to withstand disruptions and comply with BoE, FCA and PRA requirements.

You will develop, implement and continually refine the resilience framework, coordinating across risk, compliance, IT and business units while leading testing, scenario exercises and third-party assessments to ensure robust recovery capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing business continuity, IT disaster recovery or operational resilience.
• Experience in the financial services sector, preferably in a bank or regulated entity.
• Knowledge of PRA, FCA and Bank of England operational resilience regulations (SS1/21, PS6/21).
• Strong knowledge in BCP, disaster recovery, incident management and crisis response.
• Strong risk management knowledge and experience with risk assessments and resiliency metrics.
• Degree in IT, Cybersecurity or equivalent with relevant certifications; tech-training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit reports on operational resilience, control effectiveness and tests.
• Coordinate audits on operational resilience and track findings to closure.
• Test impact tolerances and produce evidence, analysis and remediation plans for breaches.
• Develop and refine BCM, Incident and Crisis Management and Incident Response Plans.
• Coordinate resilience testing exercises including scenario and stress tests.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate requirements into updates to the framework.
