Bristol Water is seeking an experienced Operational Planning Team Leader to lead the Planning & Scheduling team, coordinating network activities across our water distribution. You will manage Planning Specialists and Assistants, balancing customer service, operational performance, compliance and resource optimisation.

You will work closely with operational teams, contractors and regulators to develop robust work plans that support safe, effective delivery of planned and reactive activities,

Competenze

• Experience in planning, scheduling and coordinating network activities.
• Proven leadership skills to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of planning systems (SAP, Street Manager, FFA advantageous).
