Job summary

Affinity Water is seeking an experienced Network Strategy Manager to shape the future of our water network. You will lead the development of long-term network strategies and investment plans that ensure resilient, sustainable services for our customers.

You will use asset data, risk analysis and industry expertise to prioritise investments and influence decision-making across the business, while managing a small team and engaging with key stakeholders across Operations and Planning.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in asset management, network strategy, or infrastructure planning.
• Knowledge of water networks, asset health, risk, and resilience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Degree-qualified with an IAM qualification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of network asset strategies and investment plans.
• Use asset data and risk analysis to drive evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Regulation, and Capital Delivery.
• Manage and develop a small team.
• Support regulatory engagement and business planning activities.
