Chevron Traffic Management sets up temporary road or lane closures, diversions, routes, or pedestrian walkways to keep road workers and road users safe during roadworks. About The Role As Operational Payments Team Administrator

We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. Whether you're new to finance or transitioning into it, we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities (No Prior Experience Required)

  • Processing supplier invoices and managing payments according to company policies
  • Supporting colleagues with purchasing, credit card transactions, and BACS payments
  • Tracking financial records for accuracy and organization
  • Reconciling banking and credit accounts using accounting software
  • Developing skills in statement reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Assisting with purchase ledger transactions
  • General finance administration
