Job summary

Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP) is seeking an Operational Lead to ensure the programme runs smoothly and delivers high‑quality support for participants. You will work with delivery partners and community services to strengthen referral pathways, support delivery and ensure insights help improve the service.

This collaborative role involves building partnerships, using data to inform decisions, and ensuring participants' voices shape how services are delivered.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating complex programmes with multiple partners.
• Ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Strong customer- and community-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee referral processes across delivery partners to ensure accessibility and responsiveness.
• Lead the KBOP Hub team to ensure quick, effective responses and support.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with referring agencies and stakeholders.
• Monitor referral pathways, identify challenges and work with partners to improve engagement and flow.
• Identify opportunities to widen referral routes and strengthen links with community organisations.
• Provide operational guidance and support to delivery partners and embed quality assurance processes.
• Support learning and co-production by ensuring participants' voices shape service design and delivery.
• Represent the programme in external meetings, networks and partnership forums.
• Analyse programme data to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate to develop meaningful reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
