Job summary

Company Shop Group's Kirkdale store in Liverpool is seeking a proactive Lead to deliver Community Hub programmes and drive social impact across local partnerships. You will lead a team, engage with housing providers and other stakeholders, and shape community initiatives that respond to local needs.

The role requires strong leadership, training delivery, and the ability to manage data collection, budgets, and resources while maintaining high standards of governance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading community programmes and working with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with data collection tools.
• Ability to develop and deliver training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Community Hub's social impact and development services to communities.
• Lead membership drives to broaden Community Hub's reach.
• Organise in-house training and development programmes.
• Coordinate with housing providers and other sectors on social programmes.
• Manage budgets and resources for bespoke projects.
• Maintain data collection tools and knowledge transfer with Regional manager.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain filing systems and handle confidential information.
