Job summary

Real Group is seeking a Service Operations Manager in Canterbury to oversee operational delivery, administration and referral screening for PAIRS Kent. You will work with Clinical Leads and Directors under a strict governance framework to ensure a safe, efficient referral-to-treatment workflow within venues and the Iaptus CMS.

Qualifications

• Emotional intelligence and resilience to handle sensitive content calmly.
• Proven background in operational management and administration.
• Technical competence with Case Management Systems (e.g. Iaptus) and digital workflows.
• Strong communication with multi-agency partners and families.
• Logistics and capacity planning including venue contracts.

Responsibilities

• Referral and triage management with Clinical Leads.
• Case management through care pathways in the CMS.
• Schedule appointments and manage conversations with parents and referrers.
• Negotiate contracts and SLAs for clinical venues within budget.
• Maintain data governance and GDPR compliance.
• Collaborate with Kent County Council and external partners for quality improvement.
