Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering operational excellence, transformation or consulting initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to link operational actions to P&L and cash outcomes.
• Advanced analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities, using data to drive decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional programmes and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong programme and project management skills with a focus on execution and results.
• Ability to adapt quickly and operate in high‑impact, ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and prioritising high‑value improvement opportunities that enhance P&L and cash generation.
• Leading targeted operational excellence programmes from diagnosis through implementation and results delivery.
• Conducting detailed analysis to uncover root causes and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Driving disciplined execution of initiatives, ensuring accountability and sustainable improvements.
• Monitoring and validating financial impact with Finance to ensure real value delivery.
