Qualifications

• Production management experience in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Good understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) principles.
• Ability to simplify complex situations for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily departmental performance and manage the production team within a matrix structure.
• Provide leadership in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to improve processes, training and KPI alignment.
• Oversee the department’s EHS performance and ensure corrective actions are completed on time.
• Drive a quality-first mindset and continuous improvements in output quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering to identify critical equipment and develop maintenance and lifecycle plans.
