Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager for our East Kilbride site. You will lead the deployment of the Operational Excellence framework, delivering sustainable improvements across safety, quality, service, sustainability, cost and people performance.

Reporting to the Site Director, you will shape site performance, embed continuous improvement and drive capability development.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field (FMCG, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering).
• Proven experience leading operational excellence, continuous improvement or transformation programmes in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar frameworks.
• Experience implementing performance improvements and delivering measurable results.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into action.
• Experience coaching and developing teams to adopt continuous improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Operational Excellence roadmap and maturity within the CCEP framework.
• Conduct gap assessments and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing, engineering and support functions.
• Use data and performance insights to identify and deliver opportunities.
• Manage and develop the Continuous Improvement team and promote a high-performance culture.
• Oversee the site's improvement pipeline and ensure projects deliver measurable benefits.
• Audit frontline routines and coach leaders to strengthen standards and accountability.
• Support autonomous maintenance, reliability and productivity activities.
• Facilitate improvement workshops and structured problem-solving with teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to prioritise resources for key initiatives.
