Job summary

Unipart is seeking a driven professional to manage delivery of project work at Field / Client Sites. You will build strong relationships with client leadership and lead or support project leads and the Business Development team in reviews and proposals.

The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, data analysis, and the ability to facilitate knowledge transfer across multiple stakeholders. A full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Location: Field / Client Sites

Hours: Full time

Salary: £80,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme

About The Role

• As part of your key responsibilities, you'll:
• Managing delivery of the specific project deliverables at sites and / or clients assigned, within allotted timeframes and within the agreed project budgets
• Developing strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levels
• Leading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals
• Identifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposals

About You

We'd love you to have the following skills and experience,

• Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement - proven capability of process design and process improvement
• Experience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results
• Ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels - ability to build credible relationships
• A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability - ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions
• Strong planning, organising, and time management skills
