Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced stakeholder engagement and communications professional to support change across banking communications networks, keeping the customer journey at the heart of every initiative.

You will collaborate with a wide stakeholder network, manage SharePoint hubs, and publish straightforward operational updates while reporting to the Operational Communications Manager. This role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and proactive stakeholder liaison.

Qualifications

• Experience of operational internal and external colleague and customer banking channel processes
• Knowledge of Office 365 applications, particularly Excel, Outlook including mailbox management, and SharePoint
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship management skills and ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain and update SharePoint hub pages
• Capability in publishing straightforward operational communications and updates
• Familiarity with operating within a control- and governance-aware environment

Responsibilities

• Support change across TSB through stakeholder engagement and communications
• Collaborate across a wide stakeholder network to support timely and effective communications
• Present communications effectively while keeping the customer journey and experience at the heart of the work
• Maintain content and improve specialist knowledge business area hubs
• Report to and provide support for the Operational Communications Manager
