Job summary

Blue Light Card is seeking an Operational Change Manager to link Member Operations with the wider business. You will join planning sessions with Product, Engineering and Partnerships, shaping how changes are implemented and ensuring readiness across teams for launches and updates.

You will coordinate operational readiness, documentation, and communications, building strong relationships while guiding teams through change and keeping delivery on track.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering operational readiness or change in customer operations.
• Translate business changes into clear, practical operational requirements.
• Plan and organise multiple readiness activities using structured methods.
• Strong stakeholder skills; mentoring others is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Member Operations in kick-offs and planning for projects and launches.
• Assess impact on servicing demand, processes and member experience.
• Own and drive operational readiness plans with clear timelines.
• Coordinate training, communications and knowledge base updates.
• Demonstrate scoping of change and share ownership across the team.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering and Partnerships teams.
• Spot risks early and adjust plans when needed.
• Review landing of changes post-launch to inform future readiness.
