Job summary

Blue Light Card Ltd. is seeking an Operational Change Manager to connect Member Operations with the wider business and guide projects from kick-off to live launch. You will champion operational readiness, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure changes meet member needs.

Reporting to the Head of Member Operations, you’ll shape how operations and the rest of the business work together, with a hybrid working setup and a focus on delivering real impact for heroes we serve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering operational readiness and change in customer operations.
• Ability turn business changes into actionable operational requirements.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Member Operations in kick-offs and planning for projects.
• Assess impact on servicing demand, processes, and member experience.
• Own and drive operational readiness plans and keep timelines clear.
• Coordinate training, communications and knowledge base updates.
• Show managers best practice in scoping change and share ownership.
• Build relationships with Product, Engineering, Partnerships and programmes.
• Spot risks early and adjust plans.
• Review post-live performance to improve readiness.
