Job summary

APM Monaco at London Selfridges is seeking a dedicated Operation Associate for a full-time position. You will welcome clients, coordinate with sales staff, and ensure a premium experience from entry to checkout.

You will help with restocking, stockroom transfers, product preparation, and maintaining the boutique's presentation and visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• You have a strong sense of service and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are organised, responsive and enjoy working as part of a team.
• You are comfortable in a premium/international environment.
• A good level of English is appreciated, depending on the location.
• You are available for the full duration of the contract.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and settle them in to offer a warm experience from the moment they enter the boutique
• Offer the coffee and chocolate service to punctuate the visit
• Prepare gift wrapping with care
• Manage the queue and ensure a smooth client flow, especially during busy periods
• Assist sales advisors throughout the sales process, so they can focus fully on the client relationship
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify clients who need priority assistance
• Ensure restocking on the shop floor
• Carry out back-and-forth trips between the stockroom and the boutique as needed
• Take part in receiving and storing merchandise
• Prepare products when necessary
• Contribute to the general upkeep of the boutique: tidiness, cleanliness, presentation
• Help maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards
• Comply with APM Monaco's procedures and standards
