Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in London is seeking a PMO Operating Model Consultant for a 2-month contract. Hybrid in London, day rate £300-£500 inside IR35, immediate start. You will design and build an end-to-end PMO operating model for a leading consumer & retail business as part of a wider transformation programme.

Responsibilities include assessing current PMO structures, designing target operating models, and facilitating stakeholder workshops with handover to BAU.

• Assess the current PMO structure and ways of working, identifying gaps against best-practice governance
• Design and document the target PMO operating model — roles, processes, reporting lines, and decision rights
• Support rollout and embedding of the new model, including stakeholder workshops and handover to BAU

• Demonstrated PMO leadership experience, ideally within a Consumer & Retail environment
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills at Senior Manager level
