PF Restaurants is opening a Restaurant & Bar in February 2027 in St Peter Port, Guernsey. We're building a modern British neighbourhood restaurant with elevated comfort food, a curated drinks list, and warm ethos.

We're recruiting Chefs de Partie to join our opening kitchen team. You'll run your section with pride, consistency, and a passion for modern British cooking, helping us deliver exceptional food from day one. This full-time role offers a salaried contract and accommodation options.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or strong Line Cook.
• Passion for modern British cooking and quality ingredients.
• Solid understanding of food hygiene, HACCP and stock rotation.
• Calm, team player who performs under pressure during service.
• Willingness to work a 45-hour week including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run your section during prep and service with consistency and ownership
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, organisation, and stock rotation
• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with prep systems and daily service
• Contribute to a positive, disciplined kitchen culture
• Uphold The Foundry's food standards and brand values
