• Proven ability to develop and implement pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategy for Open Access products (Hybrid/ OA journals, and Open Books).
• Own and deliver implementation of pricing strategies with data-driven execution.
• Define and track OA volume, yield and price metrics with automated processes.
• Lead change and influence stakeholders across teams through clear communication.
• Oversee Pricing Analytics Manager (dotted line) to deliver OA pricing deliverables.
• Drive strategic alignment across departments and international markets.
