MRJ Recruitment Limited is partnering with a market-leading ecommerce business to recruit a Commercial Pricing Manager. The role owns pricing strategy across a high-volume marketplace, leveraging AI-enabled pricing, real-time data, and experimentation to drive revenue and customer value.

You will work at the intersection of Commercial, Product, Data Science and Technology, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping the future of intelligent, dynamic pricing.

Competenze

• Proven experience in pricing strategy, commercial pricing, revenue optimisation or yield management within a digital or data-rich environment.
• Strong understanding of dynamic pricing, price elasticity, demand forecasting and pricing optimisation.
• Experience in ecommerce, online marketplaces, or other high-volume transactional businesses.
• Track record of using data and analytics to influence pricing decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics or automated pricing technologies.

Mansioni

• Own and evolve pricing strategies across a large-scale ecommerce marketplace balancing revenue growth, profitability, competitiveness and customer value.
• Develop and optimise dynamic pricing models that respond to real-time demand, customer behaviour, competitor activity, seasonality and market conditions.
• Partner with Data Science and Engineering to introduce AI-powered pricing, predictive models and automated pricing decision engines.
• Leverage real-time analytics and market signals to identify opportunities and enable faster, smarter decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve margin, conversion, AOV and CLV through intelligent pricing.
• Lead pricing experiments, A/B testing and scenario modelling to understand price elasticity and impact.
• Develop pricing KPIs, reporting frameworks and dashboards to measure effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Product, Marketing, Data and Technology to embed pricing as a growth lever.
