Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Producer to develop and deliver ambitious creative solutions across our Out of Home estate. You will translate briefs into compelling ideas, manage the creative journey from concept to production, and collaborate with agencies, clients and production partners to ensure high-quality executions.

You will champion creative excellence, balance ambition with budgets, and present proposals confidently.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in developing impactful creative across experiential, OOH or integrated campaigns.
• Ability to pitch and deliver creative solutions and manage projects end-to-end.
• Experience working with agencies, clients and production partners.

Responsibilities

• Generate proactive ideas and respond to briefs.
• Champion innovation in OOH and explore new formats and production techniques.
• Take ownership of the creative development from brief to handover with Project Managers.
• Prepare proposals including budgets and supporting docs.
• Develop clear briefs and ensure alignment on objectives and profitability.
