Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor is a leading UK Out of Home media owner driving creative solutions across experiential campaigns and brand experiences. The Creative & Experiences Lead shapes the team’s output, elevates standards, and turns client briefs into compelling creative solutions that grow revenue.

The role reports to the Head of Creative Solutions and partners with Commercial teams to deliver standout audience experiences and innovative OOH concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading creative development from idea to execution.
• Strong portfolio across experiential and brand experiences.
• Ability to translate briefs into engaging OOH ideas.
• Comfortable presenting to senior clients and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Line management of all producers, including coaching & development.
• Partnering with the Creative Operations Manager to ensure the right creative talent is assigned to each brief.
• Contributing to business development with the Creative Agency Partner.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of workflow and process with the Creative Operations Manager.
