Bauer Media Outdoor is a leading UK Out of Home media owner. As Producer you will turn briefs into compelling brand experiences across the estate, collaborating with agencies, clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.

You'll own the creative journey from concept to production, presenting ideas confidently and identifying opportunities to push creative boundaries while staying commercially focused.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop original, impactful creative solutions across experiential, OOH, brand activations or integrated campaigns.
• Proven track record in pitching and delivering creative solutions.
• Experience managing projects through a full lifecycle.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage creative concepts from brief through to production handover with Project Managers.
• Prepare proposals and budgets for new work.
• Develop clear project briefs and docs to ensure alignment on objectives and client expectations.
• Balance creative ambition with production feasibility and profitability targets.
• Evaluate creative providers and opportunities across the estate.
• Maintain creative integrity from pitch to execution.
