Job summary

Bauer Media Outdoor UK is seeking a Creative & Experiences Lead to steer creative output across client engagements, partnering with the Creative Agency Partner and Commercial teams to craft standout campaigns and experiences.

You'll shape ideas for experiential campaigns, interactive installations, and technology-enabled OOH, turning briefs into compelling solutions that drive revenue and strengthen agency relationships.

Qualifications

• Experienced creative thinker with a strong portfolio across integrated, experiential, special-build or brand experience work.
• Able to turn client briefs and audience insights into compelling ideas.
• Experience leading creative development from concept to execution.
• Strong eye for originality, relevance, engagement and feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor producers and ensure talent is matched to briefs.
• Shape central creative idea and audience journey for physical and digital brand experiences.
• Drive creative excellence across responses and priority briefs.
• Collaborate on product development and portfolio discussions to align with client needs.
