• Proven track record developing original, impactful creative solutions across experiential, OOH, brand activations or integrated campaigns.
• Expert track record of pitching and delivering creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Creative development from brief to production handover.
• Prepare proposals including budgets and timelines.
• Develop and maintain clear briefs and documentation to align objectives and client expectations.
• Balance creative ambition with production feasibility and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with project managers and external production partners to ensure high-quality delivery.
