Job summary

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Temporary Call Operator for Ringwood (BH24). You will answer incoming calls from Residents, log details, and input information into our CRM while delivering a friendly, supportive service.

Several shifts available, with 10+ hours per week and a requirement to drive. Training will be provided for this temporary role based in Ringwood.

• Excellent communication skills; reliable, resilient, calm under pressure.

Temporary Call operator - Ringwood BH24 - £12.88 per hour

Full time shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-6pm or Thursday-Monday 7am-5pm or 8am-6pm

What you'll be doing as a Call Operator

Answering incoming calls from Residents, responding to situations including emergencies, fire alarms and security entry calls. Sometimes people are just looking to hear a friendly voice.

• Accurately logging each call and inputting information into our CRM call handling platform
• Being an integral part of a supportive team that provides the best possible experience for Residents

What we are looking for

• Customer service experience whether that be from call centres, retail, hospitality, or the care sector
• Excellent communication skills. Someone who is motivated, reliable, resilient, flexible, calm in a crisis and great problem-solving
• Someone with an empathetic approach
• Good standard of English and ability to enter data into systems accurately
• Someone who can commit to 10+ hours a week. As a 24/7/365 service we have a variety of shift options, and plenty of opportunities to do additional hours

This is a temporary position based in Ringwood, working with a supportive team offering full training.
