Job summary

Nichols is seeking a data-driven Support Executive to bolster the OOH business through robust reporting and insights. You will collaborate with Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain to deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports, identify trends and drive improvements across data platforms.

The role offers a hybrid office arrangement with three days on site and flexible home-working options, enabling balance between work commitments and personal life.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and pivot tables.
• Proficient in data analysis and extracting actionable insights.
• Strong numeracy and ability to translate data into business actions.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting for the OOH business.
• Deliver commercial insights to support decision-making across teams.
• Consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Maintain and develop reporting suites to improve visibility and performance.
• Support stock visibility and reporting accuracy with Operations and Supply Chain.
