Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking a Client Manager to lead servicing of a portfolio of clients, maintain strong agency relationships, and deliver best-in-class OOH plans and campaigns. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with buying, delivery, and analytics teams to maximise campaign impact.

The successful candidate will be comfortable presenting to clients, driving revenue opportunities, and coaching junior team members while ensuring strategic alignment with client KPIs and Talon

Qualifications

• Commercial awareness and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with agencies and clients.
• Strong budget management and organisational planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead servicing of a portfolio of clients across agencies.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish with cross-department delivery.
• Prepare compelling briefs and PCA/Rational documents.
• Present work to clients and agencies with senior support.
• Attend client and agency meetings across your patch.
• Proactively identify opportunities to sell OOH and Talon Ad-Tech.
• Resolve client/campaign issues and coach the team to do likewise.
• Utilise Talon platforms (Atlas, Creative Portal, Digital Verification).
• Set KPIs with the team and monitor progress.
• Maintain accurate campaign details in Plato and related systems.
