Qualifications

• Experience in managing client accounts in media
• Ability to understand client strategy and deliver value
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfort with coordinating across teams to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team on activities related to client accounts and media plans
• Interpret strategy and objectives of key accounts to deliver value
• Be first point of contact for client requests and support the team
• Prepare outdoor solutions, proposals and presentations in response to briefs
• Communicate planning information and campaign statuses clearly and promptly
• Monitor client satisfaction and maintain high service levels
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Assist with populating planning and buying tools
• Attend relevant training to grow industry knowledge
• Foster strong, long-lasting client relationships and act as trusted advisor
