Talon is seeking a Client Manager to be the primary contact for clients, managing OOH planning and buying across global markets and ensuring high-quality delivery. You will support agency growth, champion Evolve’s strategic approach, manage workflows and oversee Assistants and Executives within the team.

The role requires strong client management, planning capabilities, and experience across UK and international markets.

Formación

• Extensive UK and international OOH planning experience with strong market knowledge.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across levels.
• People-management experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong client relationships through regular in-person engagement.
• Lead servicing of allocated clients across multiple agencies and global markets through to completion.
• Create best-in-class responses to briefs, including rationale documents and PCAs.
• Apply strong knowledge of media owner pricing to secure value and effective deals.
• Oversee Assistants/Executives, setting KPIs and coaching for development.
