Job summary

Talon Outdoor is seeking a Client Manager to be the main point of contact for clients, manage OOH planning and buying across global markets, and ensure high-quality delivery. You will support agency growth, champion Evolve’s strategy, and oversee junior team members in a fast-paced, international environment.

In this role you will build strong client relationships, lead multi-market campaigns, and drive efficient planning and delivery.

• Able to build strong client relationships and lead servicing of multiple agencies.
• Able to challenge clients to provide the best and most effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular engagement.
• Lead servicing of allocated clients across agencies and global markets to completion.
• Create compelling briefs and rationale documents; ensure value and effective deals.
• Oversee Assistants/Executives; set KPIs and support development.
• Ensure accurate campaign setup, tracking and reporting; update senior stakeholders.
