Job summary

Ramboll in Manchester is hiring a Client Relations Coordinator to provide a professional, on-site service across UK offices. You will manage front-of-house, desk bookings, visitor sign-in, and AV/IT support while ensuring health, safety and GDPR compliance.

Working within the Global Workplace Management team, you will support the Location Support Coordinator, coordinate supplies, assist with contractor reviews, and help create a welcoming, efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver front-of-house and meet-and-greet duties.
• Coordinate room bookings, AV, and IT support.
• Manage visitor sign-in, GDPR and safety protocols.
• Assist with office facilities, documentation, and reporting.
• Liaise with facilities management, cleaners and contractors.
