Qualifications

• Significant knowledge and experience of estimating, valuation and/or cost reporting.
• Experience of working within a commercial environment, preferably in a consultancy.
• Excellent understanding of a wide range of engineering and construction contracts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of estimates for professional fees and input cost information.
• Lead on project controls, application for payment, invoicing.
• Provide advice on ongoing dispute processes such as mediation and arbitration.
