Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Site-based Client Relations Coordinator in Birmingham. The role supports UK offices as part of the Global Workplace Management team, delivering front of house services, facilities tasks, IT support, and HSEQ compliance to ensure a high standard office environment.

You will travel between office sites as needed, manage meetings and bookings, and assist with onboarding, PPE provision, and annual contractor reviews. Office-based, with 27 days leave and private medical cover.

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizing skills.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) at minimum.
• Good communication skills, responsive and flexible.
• Ability to build internal and external relationships effectively.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• Ability to think and demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Must have an existing Right to Work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver positive visitor experience through welcoming clients and contractors, ensuring sign-in protocols and GDPR compliance.
• Assist with front of house, desk bookings, car park (where applicable) and reception duties.
• Manage meeting rooms, AV/teleconferencing, refreshments and IT assistance.
• Log and track tickets via the Helpdesk and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with FM provider, cleaners and PPM engineers for office facilities.
• Support annual contractor reviews and local office visits to cover absences.
