Job summary

Job&Talent is seeking an On-Site Manager for the Warrington site to lead onboarding, interviews, and compliance processes. You will be the first point of contact for client communications and responsible for ensuring workers are properly inducted and compliant.

You will also handle day-to-day workforce management, payroll queries, shift bookings, and liaison with client stakeholders to meet demand and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in recruitment, onboarding, onsite/MSP, or workforce management.
• Solid understanding of right-to-work and compliance requirements in recruitment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal ATS/workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews for new starters with candidates and client; schedule and confirm slots.
• Conduct interviews and assessments per client and Job&Talent standards.
• Manage onboarding journey: right-to-work checks, induction, site-specific training.
• Keep candidates informed to minimise drop-offs and no-shows; maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with right-to-work, DBS where applicable, and client requirements.
• Provide first-line payroll support and handle shift bookings and welfare queries.
