Moderna Therapeutics in Oxford is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to ensure GMP/GDP‑compliant goods receipt, inventory accuracy, and material handling for 24/7 manufacturing operations. The role focuses on SAP transactions, quality documentation, and close collaboration with Manufacturing and Quality teams.

The position is 100% onsite at Moderna's Harwell facility, with opportunities to contribute to digital tool adoption and process improvements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualificações

• Educated to a high standard.
• Experience in GMP or GDP operations.
• Knowledge of Quality Management systems.
• 2+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry, Pharmaceutical, or related field.
• Ability to lift and move products.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (SAP, Smartsheet, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
• Ability to be flexible when required.
• Collaborative, and customer-focused attitude.
• A can-do approach.
• Attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound deliveries and goods receipt in line with PO paperwork.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation in the QMS.
• Support manufacturing through material picking and verification.
• Ensure compliant material handling and labelling.
• Coordinate internal material deliveries to internal customers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP and related systems.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and segregate expired materials as required.
• Assist with shipments and broader logistics activities.
• Contribute to process improvements using digital tools.
