Job summary

Moderna Harwell is seeking a Warehouse Shift Specialist on a fixed-term contract to manage inbound deliveries, goods receipt, and material handling in a GMP/GDP environment. You will work with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and SAP to ensure inventory accuracy and traceability.

You will coordinate internal material deliveries, perform cycle counts, and support manufacturing with timely material availability while embracing digital tools like Smartsheet and potential AI-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working in GMP/GDP environments and quality systems.
• Familiarity with SAP-based goods movements and inventory processes.
• Ability to perform accurate material receipt, picking, and labelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound deliveries and goods receipt, verify paperwork against PO.
• Upload and maintain receipt documentation within QMS.
• Support material picking to meet production schedules.
• Ensure compliant handling, labeling, and storage of materials.
• Coordinate internal deliveries to manufacturing and other sites.
• Execute daily SAP transactions for goods movements.
• Perform cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and segregate expired materials in SAP.
• Collaborate with Logistics for shipments and material movements.
• Maintain training and apply safe working practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows and use SAP/Smartsheet.
