Job summary

Babcock, Beverley-based, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join onsite at Leconfield. The role coordinates vehicle arrivals, repairs, and returns, ensuring smooth handovers and accurate records, in a fast-paced environment.

Working with customers, planners and operations teams, you’ll keep work flowing and support service excellence. Requires GCSE English/Maths and SC clearance.

Qualifications

• Educated to Level 2 (GCSE C/4 or above) in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Security Clearance: able to achieve and maintain SC clearance.
• This is a full-time, onsite role with 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the arrival and departure of customer vehicles and assets.
• Manage handover and takeover activities, including discrepancy reporting.
• Process ownership transfers and asset movements using internal systems.
• Liaise with customers regarding schedules, progress updates and changes.
• Work with planning teams to adjust repair schedules as required.
• Ensure assets are prepared correctly for entry into the repair programme.
