Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Customer Service Administrator at Ashchurch, near Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. The role coordinates vehicles and assets through repair and maintenance, acting as the link between customers, planners and workshop teams to keep operations moving.

This full-time, on-site position offers regular hours Monday to Friday, with a focus on accurate record-keeping, clear communication and excellent customer service to ensure assets are repaired, returned to service, and delivered on

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification (NVQ Level 2, GCSE 4-9/A-C or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to obtain SC security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles and assets through the repair process from arrival to collection.
• Maintain accurate records and updates across company systems.
• Communicate with customers, planners and workshop teams to provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Monitor schedules and asset movements to support operational delivery targets.
• Support efficient handovers and collections while ensuring excellent customer service throughout.
