Job Description:

Our immediate requirement is for an experienced Technical Engineering Manager to be a key part of our London team, representing our client and working onsite at a leading multinational professional services network. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join an established operation with scope to drive and enhance the service at every opportunity. Compensation will reflect experience and seniority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work alongside the onsite AV Manager at Canary Wharf daily.
• Responsible for supporting the AV service technically in collaboration with Client DWP / IT Teams and third-party manufacturers.
• Manage AV software and firmware, including reviews, updates, change control, and UK rollouts.
• Oversee AV assets and CMDB, including onboarding/offboarding, asset tagging, tracking, and data integrity.
• Update security passwords and monitor estate via remote support platforms.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and liaise with VNOC & manufacturers.
• Attend meetings, travel to UK sites as needed, and assist with installations and project onboarding.
• Manage UK power downs, including resource coordination and permits.
• Ensure compliance with safety and client protocols.
• Maintain documentation and reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Strong IT Networks experience and network architecture knowledge.
• Certifications: CompTIA or equivalent, QSYS/DSP, ITIL, NEC, Lightware, Microsoft/MTR UC, Utelogy.
• Experience with structured cabling, network infrastructure, and AV systems management.
