Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and instrument issues.
• Collaborate with Technical Service and Application Support to resolve inquiries.
• Meet Global Service & Support targets and SLAs.
• Coordinate with Field Service Engineers and Sales to identify opportunities.
• Deliver responsive telephone support ensuring customer success.
