Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking an Onsite Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of recruitment and workforce operations at multi-site locations in the Coventry, Nuneaton and Rugby area.

You will work closely with the Area Operations Manager to ensure staffing requirements are met, workers receive on-site support, and client expectations are consistently exceeded. This role emphasizes relationship-building, problem-solving and delivering operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Basic IT skills, including MS Office and email systems.
• Desirable: experience in recruitment, workforce management, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily staffing and fulfilment requirements to meet client demands and service level agreements.
• Monitor worker attendance, shift allocation, punctuality, and reliability.
• Build strong relationships to improve engagement, retention, and attendance; handle worker queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate records across systems, including attendance and compliance data.
• Complete Right to Work checks and support GDPR/AWR/Working Time compliance.
