Hayley Dexis is seeking an Onsite Manager / Stores Manager to lead daily stores operations at a customer site in Shipley, West Yorkshire. You will manage stock levels, support with quotes and orders in the CMS/ERP, attend meetings, and drive KPI reporting.

You will oversee a small team, ensure excellent service, and collaborate with customer engineering teams. A full driving licence and strong MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading stores operation within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Experience in MRO sector with knowledge of market/product category is advantageous.
• Experience effectively managing a team is essential.
• Ability to communicate with individuals across levels; collab with customer engineering team.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Customer-focused with high levels of service.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Run day-to-day stores operations at a customer site and provide dedicated support.
• Attend management meetings and support customer-specific projects.
• Assess stock levels and provide technical support, identify parts, prepare quotes, process orders in CMS/ERP systems.
• Report on KPIs (OTIF, stock checks, slow-moving items).
• Assist with asset optimisation and on-site asset management.
• Manage a small team to deliver stores excellence.
