Qualifications

• Valid PSA licence.
• Previous security supervisor/manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of safety, security regulations and procedures.
• Excellent incident and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and develop site security teams and day-to-day management of security operations.
• Deliver high quality, customer-focused service with a strong leadership approach.
• Coach and develop security teams to meet client KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with client SOPs and company safety standards.
• Provide insightful reports and recommendations on security operations.
